I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a deep commitment to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they build resilience and self-awareness. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science, including a minor in Psychology, from Mount Royal University, followed by a Master’s in Counselling from City University of Seattle. Through my experience, I have honed a flexible, client-centred approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities to best support each individual’s unique needs.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among other approaches, to create a personalized and evidence-based framework for each client. My approach is proactive, aiming to help clients not only address current challenges but also develop tools for lifelong mental wellness. My life experiences have deeply informed my passion for mental health, inspiring me to empower clients in managing their well-being actively.

In 2024, I was honoured to receive the Psychological Association of Alberta's Best Poster Award for my research and literature review. This recognition affirmed my belief in the importance of exploring emerging fields and contributing to research that informs ethical and compassionate mental health care.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, spending time with my dog, and exploring creative arts, all of which support my holistic approach to life and therapy. By fostering a welcoming and compassionate environment, I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable embracing growth and change at their own pace.
