Direct Billing & Insurance
A quick note on terms: direct billing just means we can bill your insurer directly instead of you paying upfront — it's a convenience, not a sign of whether a session is covered. Coverage always depends on your plan, regardless of whether we can bill it directly.
Direct billing may be available for sessions with any of our Registered Psychologists, Registered Provisional Psychologists, Registered Social Workers, or Canadian Certified Counsellors — but it really comes down to your specific insurer and plan, not which of these designations you see. We're happy to attempt direct billing on your behalf; the only way to know for certain is to confirm with your provider or use the search below.
Approved for
Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) · Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) · Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) · Workers' Compensation Board (WCB). Contact us for details on how direct billing works under each program.
Check if we direct bill your insurer
This works the same way across all four designations above. Whether we can bill your insurer directly isn't about which of our clinicians you see — it's about your specific plan. We'd recommend checking the list above or confirming with your provider before booking, and either way, we'll always try to direct bill on your behalf first.
