Our Fees
We publish our fees openly. We follow the recommended fee schedule set by the Psychologists' Association of Alberta, offer direct billing to most major insurers, and have sliding scale rates available for those who demonstrate financial need. If you have questions before booking, we're happy to help on a free consultation call.
Counselling Fees
Counselling student interns offer free sessions to individuals aged 10 and older. For exact fees, see individual therapist profiles.
Some of our Registered Provisional Psychologists, Registered Social Workers, and Canadian Certified Counsellors may be able to offer sliding scale rates. Ask our admin team or your therapist if this is something you'd like to explore.
Cost getting in the way? Start here.
Our supervised counselling student interns offer free sessions for anyone aged 10 and older, as part of their Master's-level practicum training. Availability varies throughout the year — we typically have one or two interns at once and their caseloads fill quickly.

Turnaround: 1–2 weeks from the final appointment
Direct Billing & Insurance
Sessions with our Registered Psychologists and Registered Social Workers can typically be direct billed to most major insurers — meaning you pay only what your plan doesn't cover. Individual plans vary; we'll always attempt to direct bill on your behalf. If your plan doesn't allow direct billing, we'll provide a receipt you can submit for reimbursement.
Approved for
Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) · Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) · Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) · Workers' Compensation Board (WCB). Contact us for details on how direct billing works under each program.
Check if we direct bill your insurer
For sessions with our Registered Provisional Psychologists, we can direct bill Alberta Blue Cross, Greenshield, and Sun Life. Most other insurance plans that include psychological services will reimburse — you'll submit receipts directly to your insurer.
