She holds a Master of Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle and has also received traditional teachings from Elders, Knowledge Holders, and community members. Her additional training includes Indigenous-Focused Counselling, Indigenous Tools for Living, trauma healing in Indigenous communities, and approaches to decolonizing and Indigenizing psychological practice.
