I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I hold a Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle in Canada and a Bachelor of Arts from Zagazig University in Egypt.
With over 25 years of experience providing behavioral support and consultation to children with special needs and their families, I am passionate about creating personalized, practical solutions that empower individuals and their families.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working closely with children, families, and individuals to navigate challenges, build positive behavior patterns, and foster meaningful connections. My approach is rooted in compassion, patience, and a commitment to supporting each person’s unique journey.
In addition to my professional experience, I also bring over 25 years of parenting experience, which has greatly enriched my counseling skills. As a parent, I have gained invaluable insights into the complexities of individual and family dynamics, allowing me to approach each situation with a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs that come with personal growth and
development.
I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, from behavioral concerns and emotional regulation to self-esteem and personal development with a focus on each person’s unique needs, goals, and strengths. I offer support that is both tailored and flexible, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and work with a culturally responsive lens.
Whether you’re seeking guidance in overcoming personal obstacles, navigating complex relationships, or building confidence, I am here to provide the support and tools to help you thrive. By creating a safe, collaborative environment, I aim to empower individuals and families alike, helping them build resilience, find solutions, and develop lasting skills for a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Together, we can create a supportive, collaborative environment that helps you thrive.
