With extensive experience facilitating DBT groups and workshops, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating emotional dysregulation, mood disorders, and the complexities of trauma recovery. My work is rooted in a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and the brain’s capacity to heal through safety, connection, and practical tools for regulation.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me chasing after my two boys, laughing with friends, painting, singing (sad songs are my favourite), seeking out the next outdoor adventure, and soaking up time with my husband.
